A coffee producer with a family tradition, Domingo is the 4th generation of the Rosales Amaya family that has managed FINCA MONTES DE AGUA HN since the beginning of the 20th century. Additionally, Domingo is a National Taster in Honduras and a Certified SCENTONE AROMA MASTER Taster.

He is the developer of regional specialty coffee competitions, with international status in the department of Santa Bárbara, and president of the Cooperativa Cafetalera Diseñadores de Cafés Especiales, CODICAFE.

All the experience lived on the farm, the coffee tradition and the preparation in quality control on the farm, has led him to advise and support small coffee producers since 2014, in the maintenance of their farms, fertilization plans, pruning management and weaving, new plantations of exotic varieties, beneficiation processes and ideal varieties for each farm, control of fermentation, drying and storage of the grain.

Domingo works especially with the new generations and children of farmers in quality control and process improvement. He has collaborated with more than 200 coffee producers in 6 departments of the country in 3 coffee regions of Honduras.
